Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-25 · Last updated 25 August 2026
1. The service
EasyFixProblem is a web application for running structured root cause analyses — fishbone, why-why, PDCA, DMAIC, 8D and A3 — with action tracking and exports. We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the application. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity in workspaces you own, including the people you invite and the roles you give them.
3. Your content
You keep all rights in the investigations, evidence and other content you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process, display, export and back up that content so we can provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not including confidential or personal information beyond what the investigation genuinely needs.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other tenants’ data, or probe, scan or overload the Service.
- Do not upload malware, illegal material, or content you are not authorised to share.
- Do not resell or white-label the Service without written agreement.
5. AI assistance
AI features are optional and can be disabled per workspace. AI output is a draft suggestion, may be wrong, and must be reviewed by a competent person before it informs any maintenance, safety or engineering decision. Enabling AI means relevant case content is sent to the configured AI provider. Fair-use and metering limits may apply to AI usage.
6. Not a safety system
EasyFixProblem is a documentation and analysis tool. It is not a control system, a permit-to-work system, or a substitute for your own engineering judgement, risk assessment or regulatory duties.
7. Trials, subscriptions and payment
Paid plans and trial length are shown in the application at the time you sign up. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Renewal, cancellation, refund and tax terms are [confirm before launch].
8. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages and emergency fixes can cause downtime. No service-level commitment applies unless separately agreed in writing.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your workspaces or account from Profile → Privacy & data controls. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach of these terms, or where required by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost production, or loss of data beyond our control. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any liability cap and the governing law and venue are [confirm before launch].
11. Changes to these terms
These terms are versioned. Material changes increase the version, and you will be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in.
